On the heels of a great sports month in June, Real Stars Sports Agency, in collaboration with Fortebet Uganda and Jude Colour Solutions, extended their appreciative hand to recognize outstanding performers.
Awards and Recipients
Lifetime Achievers Legendary Award:
- Recipient: Mukwenda Godfrey Mbalire
- Recognition: Mbalire, a pivotal figure in the Masaza Cup, was honored for his extensive contributions to sports since the early 2000s. His notable achievements include serving as the Secretary and Treasurer for Ssingo Ssaza and later as the chairman. Under his leadership, the Ssingo Ssaza grounds were established, and the 2012 Masaza Cup final was successfully organized. His efforts were recognized by the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi, who appointed him to the Masaza Cup organizing committee. Mbalire’s leadership helped Ssingo Ssaza clinch their first Masaza Cup trophy in 2015.
- Acceptance Speech: “It’s a pleasure for me being recognized honestly. Real Star Sports Agency, you look from afar. I take it, but I have to thank the Kabaka of Buganda for the opportunity he gave to me. If not for that opportunity, you wouldn’t see me here deserving this recognition.”

- Winner: Brian Masaba
- Achievement: Guided the Cricket Cranes to their first tournament win.
